Terms and Conditions for Giftrange

Welcome to Giftrange! By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchases.

1. General


1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all users of the Giftrange website.
1.2 By using the website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products and Pricing


2.1 All products listed on Giftrange are subject to availability.
2.2 Prices for products are subject to change without notice, but you will always be charged the price displayed at the time of your order.
2.3 We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual color of the product.

3. Orders and Payments


3.1 Orders can be placed through our website, and we offer cash on Delivery(COD) as well as Bank Transfers.Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all locations within Sri Lanka. 
Order Limit
COD is available for orders up to a maximum value of  LKR 10,000 only. Orders exceeding this amount will require payment via an alternative method.

Confirmation Message or Call
Once an order is placed with COD, our team may contact you to confirm your order and delivery details. Failure to confirm may result in order cancellation.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery to our delivery partner. Only cash payments are accepted; cheques, credit/debit cards, or other forms of payment will not be accepted at the time of delivery.
Delivery Attempt
Our delivery partner will make a maximum of two attempts to deliver your order. If you are not available to receive the order and make the payment, the order will be returned to us and automatically canceled.
Exact Amount Required
Please ensure you have the exact amount ready for payment, as the delivery agent may not have change.
Non-Refundable Shipping Fee
If the order is refused or not accepted at the time of delivery, the customer will still be responsible for any non-refundable shipping or handling fees associated with the delivery.
Return Policy
For orders paid via COD, our standard return policy applies. However, refunds for returned items will not be made in cash. Refunds will be processed to your bank account or store credit as per our return policy.
False Orders and Abuse of COD
Giftrange reserves the right to suspend or restrict COD as a payment option for customers who refuse or cancel orders frequently or who we suspect are abusing the COD option.
Changes to COD Policy
Giftrange reserves the right to modify or change these COD terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Bank Transfer Payments
Payment Confirmation
Orders paid via bank transfer will only be processed once full payment has been received and confirmed by our bank. Please ensure you use the correct order reference number when making the transfer to avoid any delays in processing your order.
Bank Transfer Details

Our bank account details will be provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Please double-check the details before initiating the transfer to ensure it is sent to the correct account.
Processing Time

Bank transfers may take 2-3 business days to be processed, depending on your bank and country of origin. Your order will be shipped only after the payment has been verified.
Payment Deadline

Payments must be completed within 3 business days from the time of order placement. If payment is not received within this period, your order may be automatically canceled.
Currency and Fees

All bank transfers must be made in the currency specified at checkout. Any bank fees or charges incurred during the transfer process are the responsibility of the customer. We will only accept the net amount as specified on your order.
Proof of Payment

After completing the bank transfer, please send a copy of the transaction receipt to our customer service email, along with your order number. This helps us verify your payment more quickly.
Refunds on Bank Transfer Payments
Refunds for orders paid by bank transfer will be processed back to the original bank account used for the payment. The refund process may take up to 10-14 business days, depending on the bank.
Failed or Incorrect Transfers
If there is an error in the payment details or the bank transfer fails, please notify us immediately. We will not be responsible for any delays or losses caused by incorrect payment details provided by the customer.
Fraud Prevention
For security reasons, Giftrange reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to verify the identity of the customer before processing the order.
Changes to Payment Policy
Giftrange reserves the right to modify or change these rules at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as product unavailability, errors in product information, or fraudulent transactions.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Orders are processed and shipped from Sri Lanka. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
4.2 We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. However, delivery times may be affected by external factors beyond our control.
4.3 Free shipping is available for orders over a certain amount, as indicated on our website.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following rules apply to the purchase of men's and women's underwear:

No Returns or Exchanges

For health and hygiene reasons, all sales of men's and women's underwear are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items, except in cases where the product received is damaged or defective.
Sizing and Fit

Please ensure you carefully check our size guide before making a purchase. We provide detailed sizing information to help you select the correct size. Feel free to contact our customer service team if you need further assistance with sizing.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive underwear that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the defect or damage. You may be required to provide photographic evidence to support your claim.
Clearance Items

All sales of underwear marked as clearance or sale items are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for these items.
Packaging Requirements

For any approved returns due to damage or defect, the underwear must be in its original packaging, with all tags intact and unopened. Underwear that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return or refund.
Policy for Artificial Jewelry
Quality Assurance

All our artificial jewelry pieces are crafted with high-quality materials to ensure durability and style. Please handle with care to maintain their appearance.
Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on artificial jewelry within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Returns for hygiene purposes are not accepted if the item has been worn.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive jewelry that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the defect or damage. You may need to provide photographic evidence to support your claim.
Care Instructions

To maintain the longevity and shine of your artificial jewelry, avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, or any chemicals. Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on certain types of jewelry, such as earrings or body jewelry, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Sale and Clearance Items

All artificial jewelry items marked as sale or clearance are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for these items.
Modification and Custom Orders

Custom or modified jewelry orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials.
Changes to Policy

Giftrange reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

5.2 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details.
5.3 Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on the Giftrange website, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, is the property of Giftrange and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
6.2 You may not use any content from the website for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Giftrange will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or your purchase of products.
8.2 We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

10.1 Giftrange reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
